This parmesan beer bread is a perfect bread to use as a side dish for any meal.


  • 2.5 cups of self rising flour
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 beer in bottle
  • 2 cups of shredded parmesan 
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped rosemary
  • Butter for the loaf pan


  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and beer
  3. Then add the parmesan cheese and the chopped rosemary
  4. Slowly mix all the ingredients together using a wooden spoon
  5. After you've mix everything together, the dough will be a little wet, that is OK. No need knit the dough
  6. Butter up loaf pan. Use a lot of butter to avoid the bread to stick
  7. Put the dough in pan. Will be sticky
  8. Put the pan in the oven for 45 minutes
  9. Let it rest and cool down and it will be ready to serve
