    A simple and delicious fish balls recipe made out of king fish, tuna or any kind of fish that you desire. Enjoy!


    • 2 pieces of fish steaks (tuna, king fish or desired fish)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 5 pieces cloves of garlic
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 large green pepper
    • 1 cook spoon of soya sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 lb of potatoe
    • Vegetable oil for frying


    1. Clean the fish steak thoroughly and boil them with the garlic cloves
    2. Remove all the bones from the fish steaks.
    3. Boil the potatoes.
    4. Put the fish, onion, and green pepper and grind them up.
    5. Then add the garlic powder, soya sauce, eggs and all the rest of the ingredients. (NOT THE OIL).
    6. Mix them all together and form the fish boil about size of golf ball
    7. Fill the pan with oil about 1 inch deep and put oil on high heat.
    8. Add two garlic cloves inside of the oil
    9. When oil is hot, add the fish ball in them and rotate the balls until golden brown all around.
    10. Fish balls can be served with rice, tutu or potatoe
