Pampuna Lélé is a traditional Curaçao pumpkin dish that combines pumpkin with salted meat, pork tail, sweet potatoes, potatoes, and ripe plantain. Ingredients
  • 1 medium pumpkin.
  • 1 lb. pork tail.
  • 1 lb. salted beef.
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar.
  • 3 sweet potatoes.
  • 3 potatoes.
  • 1 ripe plantain (yellow with a few black spots).
