Preparation

1. Turn on the oven and set it to 350 °F
2. Take a 10x8x1inch baking pan and rub Crisco shortening on it, and springkle some flour on top of it
3. Brake open the coconut and remove the coconut meat and schred it
4. Mix the coconut, sugar, and cinnamon into a mixer bowl
5. Turn on the mixer at low speed
6. Add the melted butter, milk, water, vanilla extract, and coconut extract into the bowl and mix them well together.
7. Increase mixer speed and add the flour, baking powder, and the salt.
8. When all the mixture is mix completely, stop the mixer and pour the mixture into the baking pan.
9. Put it in the oven and let it bake for about 1 hour. Stick a knife in the middle to make sure it is fully baked.
10. When done, take it out of the oven and let it cool of. 
11. Pass a knife on the edge to loose the mankaron from the pan and flip the mankaron on to a flat pan and let it cool of a little more and then its ready to serve. Enjoy !
